●第1条（総則）
本規約は、「valveat 81」（以下「当社」という）が運営する店舗やウェブサイトにおいて、『メールマガジン会員』として登録された方（以下「メルマガ会員」という）に関し適用するものとします。
メルマガ会員として登録されると、当社が運営の商品紹介やお買い得情報やなどの情報が情報料無料の電子メールで届けられるサービスです。
●第2条（メルマガ会員登録）
メルマガ会員として登録を希望される方は、当社が運営する店舗やウェブサイトで定める手続きに従い、会員登録の申し込みを行うものとします。
●第3条（登録データの追加・変更）
| 1. | 登録されている氏名、住所、電子メールアドレス等の個人情報に変更がある場合は、当社が運営する店舗やウェブサイトで定める手続きに従い変更をとるものとします。 |

| 2. | 会員は、自己の登録データの開示、修正、削除を請求する権利を有します。 |
●第4条（退会）
| 1. | メルマガ会員は、所定の手続に従い、いつでも退会することができます。 |

| 3. | システムからの削除に日数を頂く場合が有ります。 |
●第5条（登録データの抹消）
| 1. | 登録アドレスへの送信がエラーとなったときは、登録抹消させて頂く場合があります。 |

●第6条（権利譲渡の禁止）
メルマガ会員は、本サービスを利用する権利を第三者に譲渡することはできないものとします。
●第7条（禁止事項）
メルマガ会員は、本サービスを利用するにあたり、次の行為を行わないものとします。
| (1) | 本サービスで提供される情報、著作物等をネットワークの内外問わず、自らの個人利用目的以外に利用、複製、販売、再提供する行為、その他第三者の著作権を侵害する行為 |

●第8条（個人情報の取り扱い）
当社は、メルマガ会員の個人情報の取り扱いについては、当社がウェブサイト等に提示する「プライバシーポリシー」に基づき、適切に取り扱うものとします。
● 第9条（損害賠償）
メルマガ会員が、本規約、その他諸規定等に違反する行為または不正もしくは違法な行為によって、当社に損害を与えた場合には、当社は、当該メルマガ会員に対して、当社の被った損害の賠償を請求することができるものとします。
● 第10条（免責）
| 1. | 当社は、本サービスの利用により発生した損害に対し、いかなる責任も負わないものとし、一切の損害につき賠償する義務はないものとします。 |

●第1条(总则)
本规章适用于有在「valveat 81」(以下称「本公司」）运营的店铺及网站上登录『电子杂志会员』之顾客。
登录为电子杂志会员后、会员可免费收到本公司运营的商品介绍及特惠等信息之电子邮件。
●第2条(电子杂志会员登录)
希望登录成为本公司电子杂志会员的顾客、需按照本公司运营店铺及网站上规定之手续流程来申请。
●第3条(登录资料的追加•变更)
| 1. | 若要变更登录的姓名、住址、电子邮件地址等时、需按照本公司运营店铺及网站上规定之手续流程来变更。 |

| 2. | 会员有权利公开、修正及删除自己的登录资料。 |
●第4条(退会)
| 1. | 电子杂志会员按照规定手续可以随时退会。 |

| 3. | 删除处理可能需要数天。 |
●条5第（登录资料的消除）
| 1. | 电子邮件寄至登录邮件地址发生错误时、可能会消除登录。 |

| 2. | 电子杂志会员若抵触条7第规定禁止事项或本公司判断不适为杂志会员时、可能会消除登录。 |
●第6条(权利转让的禁止)
电子杂志会员不可将本服务使用的权利转让给第三方。
●第7条(禁止事项)
电子杂志会员在使用本服务时不可有以下行为。
| (1) | 在网络内或外将本服务提供之情报及着作物等、使用、复製、再提供于个人目的以外的行为、其他侵害第三方的着作权之行为 |

●第8条（个人信息的处理）
对于电子杂志会员的个人信息、我们会按照本公司在网站上等所提示的隐私权政策进行适当的处理。
●第9条(损失赔偿)
电子杂志会员因违反本规章及其他诸规定等行为或违法行为、而对本公司造成损害时、本公司可以向电子杂志会员索赔本公司所受的损失。
●第10条(免责声明)
| 1. | 对于使用本服务所发生的损失、本公司不负任何责任、亦无任何赔偿损失之义务。 |

E-mail Newsletter members
Article 1 (General Rules)
This term applies to people who registered as an e-mail newsletter member (i.e., member) at the shops and the website which valveat 81 (i.e., our company) operate.
Once you are registered as the member, e-mail about information on our handling products and sales will be delivered (no information fee required).
Article 2 (Registration to e-mail newsletter)
To register yourself as a member, follow the procedure designated by our shops or website.
Article 3 (Addition or change in registered data)
| 1. | If there are any changes in registered information (personal data such as name, address, e-mail address), you need to change at our shops or website by the procedures. |

| 2. | Our members have rights to ask for disclosure, correction, and deletion of their own registered data. |
Article 4 (Withdrawal)
| 1. | Members can quit anytime by following our designed procedures. |

Article 5 (Deletion of registered data)
| 1. | Your registration may be cancelled due to its error in e-mail address. |

Article 6 (Prohibition on demise)
Our members cannot demise the rights to use our service to third parties.
Article 7 (Prohibited matters)
Upon using our service, members are not allowed to do the followings.
| (1) | Beyond personal use, using, copying, selling, redistributing any information and works delivered at our service, and violating third parties’ copyrights under any circumstances. |

Article 8 (Handling on personal data)
Our company will handle members’ personal data properly, regarding our privacy policies posted on our website and other links.
Article 9 (Compensation for damage)
If our members cause any harm to our company by violating these terms and other rules, doing any misconduct and illegal actions, we will be able to claim any compensation for our damages or losses.
Article 10 (Exclusion of liability)
